William Michael (Mickey) Linn, President & CEO
Mr. Linn spent the first fifteen years of his career as a management consultant working extensively with the Department of Energy, Southern Company, Bell South, and others. He served as Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Ocwen (NYSE: OCN) from February 2004 through May 2007 and was a Board Member, or Advisory Board Member, from 2000 thru 2008. Prior to joining Ocwen, Mr. Linn served Solomon Software (now an operation of Microsoft) as a member of the Board of Directors and as Executive Vice President. Prior to that, he was President and CEO of Saunders, Inc, a venture backed, privately held financial services and technology solutions company. He also serves as a Director of National Lime and Stone. Mr. Linn graduated from Harvard College (BA-Government, Cum Laude) in 1970. He attended Harvard Business School graduating in 1973 with an MBA.
Frank A. Guglielmi, Chairman
Frank Guglielmi is a member of the Board of Directors of Greensleeves, LLC. Mr. Guglielmi’s expertise is in leading entrepreneurial business ventures. He serves as the President and CEO of ACAP Ltd. and the Chairman of Findlay Tall Timbers Distribution Center Inc/Foreign Trade Zone 151. He is a past Executive Officer and Director of The Ohio Bank. Since 2000, he has also served as the Chairman for the Development Financing Advisory Council of the Ohio Department of Development. Mr. Guglielmi is committed to numerous civic organizations including The Community Development Foundation, the Findlay/Hancock County Chamber of Commerce, the Hancock Historical Museum Foundation, the Findlay YMCA Foundation, the Citizen Sheriff Academy Alumni Association, the Findlay Industrial Foundation, and the Findlay Downtown Association. In 2006, Mr. Guglielmi was a United States Congressional Candidate for Ohio’s 4th District. Mr. Guglielmi is a graduate of both The Ohio State University and the University of Oklahoma’s School of Commercial Lending.
Stephen A. Hamstra, Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Hamstra has been at the head of the curve when it comes to the green building industry since he was a child and his father installed one of the first solar thermal collection systems in Western Michigan. In 1975, Mr. Hamstra built his first solar collector, and in 2001, he became the first engineer in Michigan to achieve Accredited Professional status from the U.S. Green Building Council LEED. In 2008, Mr. Hamstra achieved the ASHRAE High Performance Building Design Professional status. He also created the engineering design for Michigan’s first USGBC LEED Gold project. Mr. Hamstra has since been recognized by the Association of Energy Engineers as Engineer of the Year, and in 2007, he was honored with the organization’s “Legend in Energy” lifetime achievement award. He was also selected by the Association of Energy Engineers as the 2006 Energy Engineer of the Year in Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, and Wisconsin. Mr. Hamstra has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University. He is also a Certified GeoExchange Designer.
Bob Braam, GM and VP of Geo Operations
Mr. Braam possesses over 30 years of experience in sales, operations and management. His leadership expertise stems from his former role as President (and largest investor) of Midwest Geothermal LLC , one of the largest geothermal borefield construction companies in the U.S. Mr. Braam has also served as the Vice President of Sales for the Grand Rapids division of Thorn Apply Valley, Inc., a Fortune 500 food manufacturing company. As an accredited Loop Installer of the International Ground Source Heat Pump Association, Mr. Braam has managed the installation of over 600 miles of geothermal borefields
Sharon K. Keeran, Vice President Operations and Marketing
Sharon Keeran has extensive experience marketing new technology and strong operational skills. She currently manages Operations and Marketing for Greensleeves LLC. Prior to joining Greensleeves, she served as Vice President of Marketing for Ocwen Financial Corporation. Ms. Keeran has also held the Director of Marketing position for MaxQ, a Microsoft and Solomon Software Value Added Reseller and Software Developer. Ms. Keeran worked for Hancock-Wood Electric Cooperative in several administrative and customer service management positions. Prior to that, she worked for Solomon Software in a variety of technology, marketing, and operational positions. Ms. Keeran graduated from Bluffton College (BA-Organizational Management) and Northwestern College (AA-Accounting).
